Meet Your Board of Directors

The River Park Homeowners Association is managed by a volunteer board of dedicated residents. Our team works together to oversee community operations, manage our shared spaces, and ensure that River Park remains a beautiful and well-maintained neighborhood for all families.

President - Rod Schuh

Responsible for the overall direction of the association. The President facilitates board meetings, oversees legal and insurance agreements, and manages the annual compliance reports for the community.

Vice President - Mike Ardagna

Supports the President in daily operations and assumes leadership in their absence. This role manages committee coordination and serves as a key resource for maintaining neighborhood guidelines.

Treasurer - Susan Los

Oversees the financial health of the association. Responsibilities include managing banking transactions, balancing statements, preparing the Treasurer’s Report and coordinating with the board on all billing and records.

Secretary - Tammy Ardagna

Acts as the official record-keeper of the community. The Secretary documents meeting minutes, and manages the resident email distribution list.

Projects / At Large - Vacant

Provides versatile support for various community projects and neighborhood operations. At Large members serve on special committees and assist with the general management of the association.

Architectural Review - Jay Jirasek, Frank Smiesko, and Karl Skaathun

Maintains the aesthetic harmony of the neighborhood by reviewing resident applications for home improvements and landscaping. This role ensures all projects align with community standards and character.

The River Park Home Owners Association is a non-profit corporation with rights, responsibilities, and duties to its members. The board is responsible for carrying out the operations of the association in accordance with governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions and the Rules and Regulations). In addition, the board is responsible for maintaining the overall aesthetics of the subdivision and maintenance of the common areas and scenic charm of the McHenry area.
